Hi there, my name is Samantha, I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and qualified psychosexual therapist. I have over a decade’s experience working with adults who have experienced complex trauma of various forms (e.g domestic violence, sexual abuse, intergenerational and interpersonal traumas). This can involve conversations about identity, life goals and direction, addressing ongoing post-traumatic stress, unhelpful coping strategies, workplace challenges, relationship and sex-based concerns and co-existing mental health concerns.

I am passionate about supporting clients towards healing and becoming empowered to rise past their current challenges. The daily resilience it takes to not only endure but move forward in life despite having experienced extreme and confronting situations is a gift that I feel lucky to witness and walk alongside.

I offer a trauma-informed, strengths-based, feminist, inclusive and sexually affirming approach to my work. I prioritise providing a safe, judgement-free space for people to share their experiences, gain greater insight into themselves and overcome challenges that may be blocking their ability to move forward in life and towards their goals.
