My name is Conor (he/him), I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with seven years experience working in the mental health field. I also have experience working in psychosocial disability, physical disability, and child protection. I am a registered Allied Health Medicare Provider.

I have experience working with people with a lived experience of trauma, depression,
anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I base my practice on trauma informed
principles, utilising a person centred approach. Using modalities such as Acceptance
Commitment Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Motivational Interviewing, I aim to build
empowerment and choice.
