Clinical Psychologist

csp_finals_open_dialogue_22_websize.jpg

I am a Clinical Psychologist and work with people who are aged 16 and above. I’ve worked as a psychologist in many settings including in school and university counselling, clinical research trials for PTSD and substance use, community mental health and with people from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds.

I use several evidence-based therapies including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

Therapy is a space where you can explore who you are, what direction in life you would like to move towards, and the places where you get stuck. When someone comes to therapy, I enjoy working together to map out these things, as well as identifying strengths and building skills for navigating difficult feelings and situations.
