At Open Dialogue we understand that life events and stress can affect our mood significantly. We know that low mood can be ‘reactive’ to a situation and, if this lasts a while, can lead to symptoms of depression.

We also know that sometimes it’s hard to work out why we are feeling blue.


Depression can feel like a black cloud over our heads and not only effects our mood but our sleep, appetite, motivation, volition, concentration and ways of thinking.


We are highly skilled at Open Dialogue at assessing mood and making sense together with you on what will help pave your recovery.
