Addiction

At Open Dialogue we recognise that there are many ways that we cope with life’s difficulties, which can be interpreted as an addiction. This can include sex, gambling, prescribed drugs, non-prescribed drugs, alcohol, pornography, social media and gaming.  We know these behaviours can become problematic when they start to impede on other areas of our life, including relationships, work, health, finances and functioning.

Our therapists tailor a range of therapeutic approaches to help promote the change you identify as needed in these behaviours. This can range from abstinence to harm reduction.
