At Open Dialogue we understand how the experience of  stress over extended periods of time can lead to anxiety. We can help you understand how to avoid burnout and manage the difficulties with balancing work, life and relationships. We do this through a range of techniques, including mindfulness, psychoeducation on self-care, distress tolerance and promoting positive relationships with self and others.


Our goal is to empower you to live a meaningful life in line with your personal values.
