RELATIONSHIPS

With others and with ourselves.

At Open Dialogue, we understand that there are many different people with whom we are in relationship with and ways in which we relate to them. We also understand that there are different ways that others relate to (or treat) us.

We work from a space that acknowledges we are always in a relationship: either with others or our self. We believe the relationship that we have our self can be influenced by the relationship we have with others. We know that sometimes negative relationships with others can lead to a negative relationship with self.

At Open Dialogue we work to help you experience a positive, accepting, empathetic and non-judgemental relationship with your therapist that you can bring into your relationship with your self and, in turn, with others.

Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
