At Open Dialogue we get that the changes we go through as young people can be really tricky.

We think it’s great when young people ask for our help and know that this takes courage. Reaching our early leads to a better understanding of knowing, expressing and meeting our needs as we grow.

Our therapists are passionate that it's really important for young people to have a  positive first experience of seeking help and recognising that it’s ok to talk about what’s going on in life.  We do this with openness, curiosity and by being non-judgmental.

We welcome our young clients  to bring along friends and family members to sessions if they would like.

Our Directors have worked with headspace (National Youth Foundation) and Orygen Youth Health, the National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, and still hold strong alliance with these organisations.

Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
